Protected by Phyrran Law, he has put his skills to good use in the Arenas. It is suspected by the Shindaan and the Dueling Council that he has been engaged in crimes throughout Phyrra to supplement his dueling career. If these crimes can be proven, Kilman the Griefer will know the true meaning of grief.
